The room I booked was recently refurbished and available with updated bathroom and the balcony, for example. Location: the hotel was adjacent to eateries, old town and lake.

i liked staying here, as well as hotel's staff and rooms. i stayed in the room that was recently refurbished and available with single beds and tv, as for instance. location near to a hill, the bus stop and the venue, city center. incredible base for exploring lucerne.

It was a such great time staying at this absolutely great hotel. We liked this property's staff and location. The property was set in a metropolitan area. Restaurant was revolving and neat.

Pretty much what I expected : memorable hotel, reasonably priced. Good food and extremely pleasant room - had a real good stay. Comfortable location to an interactive transport museum. The pool was lovely and the garden - beautiful.

Nothing to complain about, we would return there when in Lucerne. Helpful staff, quiet area and FANTASTIC view from the room. Sunny balcony was a nice surprise.

Chapel bridge was located in the near vicinity. Scala Restaurant is short way from the hotel. Terrace added some charm.
